Service Description

An open-level vinyasa practice that combines breath, presence, and physical effort with the intention to still the fluctuations of a busy working mind. Taught with clear guidance and space to strengthen or soften your practice through modifications, this class offers a moment to ground and reconnect with the nature in our beautiful community garden. We begin with 10 minutes of breathwork to settle into your body, followed by a 50 minute flowing sequence of sun salutations, twists, and folds to ease you into the afternoon. A practice that will leave you feeling reconnected, steady, and more at home in your body. Come as you are, leave a little more yourself.
